REFUND POLICY

21st Century C.A.R.E. accepts on line monetary transactions for donations via its website and as such has no need to ship “items” or “products”. We operate a refund policy. If an exceptional amount has been entered by mistake or you donate in error, the donation amount can be adjusted or refunded as long as we are notified within seven days of the date of the original transaction. Any credit or refund will be made to the originating card’s account, less any charges incurred by 21st Century C.A.R.E. You will need to provide in full, the details of your transaction and produce a copy of the “digital receipt” that was emailed to you at the time of donating. To avoid disappointment please make sure that you wish to give and the amount is correct.
